Bad service

Am very disappointed at the bad service I received at Vincent Truworths when I entered using my own sanitizer written 70% alcohol and was told I can't enter the store unless I used the nameless bottle of sanitizer at Truworths. Explain to the security I have my own and my skin is sensitive. I was refused entry. No notice stating the above at all. Very disappointed.
