Bad service

I bought a foundation at Truworths in kolonade on the 10th of July then Lebo the consultant she gave me a wrong color I called her and she told me to come and exchange and she did not tell me to bring the slip when I got in the store on the 17th that's when she tells me of the slip of which I lost it but I told her I can bring a bank statement as proof because m only changing a color I don't want a refund so now she was giving me an attitude because she got a sale she doesn't care of the damage she made what m I supposed to do with a dark color of which I Paid R655 isn't she trained to test our colors first??? Please assist because I am not gonna use this foundation it's not my color I want the right color and I had to drive all the way from garankuwa to kolonade what about my petrol
