Bad Service
I have an account with Truworths for many years. Lately I get no account but before middle of the month they start sending me reminders to pay. NO amounts and I sent daily mails asking for statement, they just ignore me. They also do not answer their landline. I am at the point to cancel the account, I can do without such bad service.
