Bad service

On 20 April 2023 at about 16h20 I called truworths city view in Durban. Zakira answered the call and I told her that I had a style number and wanted to check stock availability. She then told me that they doing a stock take and should call the next day. She further stated that should she find the item she won't be able to keep it because of stock take. I asked how will she know if she has stock without checking first she then gave the phone to someone else. I was unable to get the other person's name but it was a female who asked for a style as well as a description. I gave her all the info she wanted and she straightaway told me that there's no stock. I suspected that she didn't even check on the system. I then asked her to give me the store name that might have. She was hesitant at first then she told me to hold the line and I could hear her in the background talking to someone and after the while someone cut the call.
