Bad service
I placed an online order at Truworths on the 24 April up today my Order has not been delivered. I am enquires and No one is getting back to me. I was suppose to receive my Order on the 5th May today is the 13 May.

The lack of communication and failure to resolve this matter is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I now request urgent intervention within 48 hours. Please provide:
- A confirmed delivery update, OR
- A full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled immediately.
