Bad service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Truworths Pinetown.

I visited the store to collect my lay-by and was assisted by a cashier who went to retrieve my parcel. After waiting for several minutes, he returned without it. When I asked how long it would take, he informed me that he was unsure due to the number of lay-bys.

I explained that I was in a hurry, but he continued assisting other customers while I was still waiting for my lay-by to be retrieved. I found this service disappointing and frustrating, as there was no clear communication or urgency in assisting me.

I trust that this matter will be addressed to improve customer service in future.
