BAD SERVICE CANAL WALK TRUWORTHS

I recently went to Truworths in Canal Walk which i love by the way as the store is quite big and wider variety then close to where im located. However quite dissapointed in the service i received at Truworths cosmetics section. i was buying make up from revlon and was sent someone who does not even know the products or how to assist with what i needed. i ended up getting something that did not agree with my skin and not the correct colour either. to top it off service at the till where the lady clearly does not have time for my issues, i had a discount voucher and she was irritated because another customer wanted her attention. Im quite DISSAPOINTED with the BAD SERVICE. i also want my make up returned which i paid for and cannot use.
