Bad service

I made payment on tbe 25 November but they keep on calling and smses saying i must pay and tge due date is on the 02 december i have linked my truworths account wuth my bank.theres an indian lady calling me everyday today i told her i paid on tge 25 she said i must stop saying i paid coz u dudnt she even told me that ny account will be blocked i wikk not use it until i finish to pay. Im so dissapointed cause i paid i told her to stop harrasing me she said i am rude they will block my account i cant wait to settle and cancell. Im so hurt
