Bad service

Placed an order 03-02-20 still today 18-02-20 nothing, when I phone rtt Nelspruit they advised me they only have 1 item and the rest as not sent.when I call truwroths they say everything was sent. When I phone rtt head office they say all items in cage. Why should I be the one making the follow ups, such a watse of time and money.
