Bad service by truworths and international debt control

*** Service,Guys kindly resolve my situation.The account was fully payed two months ago. Recently I got a call from INTERNATIONAL DEBT CONTROL saying I am ower truworths. I went to southgate branch to pay the account in full. The amount I payed,I was instructed by the till consultant, If he told me about the whole amount I could have payed. Can someone assist me by resolving the matter on hand. Now I can't buy because the account is not updated and it affects me on the ITC Record. Truworths Limited why are you providing a bad service to our clients?Can someone give me a call regards the matter.
