Bad Service

I visited Truworths Lenasia on the 30th of August, when I reached the tills I was asked to send Sms not knowing what for, the teller did not explain anything to me. My phone was not able to send the SMS it kept on saying sms not sent, then I was given a landline to speak to call center agent to confirm if I'm the owner of the account at that moment I felt like a ******** because the person who was in charge don't know if she's a manager or what she spoke so loudly and said she failed security questions and other customers were staring at me and then she left me there. I then asked one of the customers to assist me in sending the message which went through successfully only then I went back to the tills to pay. I will never ever go back to that store I was so embarrassed.
