Bad service based on appearance

Truworths Lakeside mall! Worst treatment ever, myself and my husband have experience bad service every single time. I feel like the staff at this branch are very judgemental on appearance which is sad. Whenever we walk in its always a feeling like all eyes on us and the funny part is even though we being followed around no body ever offers assistance. On Monday the 23rd of June we went in to purchase boots, I stood in the shoe department for close to 15 minutes with no assistance and yet there were two staff members literally across from me chit chatting. I approached the lady for assistance, she gave me a long stare and finished her conversation first before attending to me. After she gave me the boots I was looking for she then just walked away and I actually needed another pair of boots, my husband then asked someone else to assist us and with her approach she looked very annoyed with us. I then asked for a specific size and was told to take if from the display when I clearly knew that was not the size I wanted, I then told her that and was just met with a unfriendly stare, she said nothing and when she returned just told me they didn't have my size. When I entered this store, I went in with the intention of buying three pairs of boots but ended up just leaving with one pair... To top it all off we are always stopped at the door because "they need to check the slip" but the store has censors. On a different occasion we were stopped whilst a white couple walked out without being asked for a slip. It's really upsetting and even though I really want shop there I'm being put off.
