Bad service

I went to Truworths East gate branch with my kids , a boy and a girl. We chose all the clothes we wanted and we went to a fitting room to fit the kids. When we approached the fitting room a lady who was managing a fitting room informed us that my boy who is only 5 years old cannot fit in the fitting rooms with women. I tried to explain that I wanted to see how he looks but she rep**** and said “ unfortunately that’s the rules and she can’t change the rules”. We made a plan and called the father to go and fit him in men’s fitting room.Then when we were finished fitting my little one she asked us again “ are you taking all the clothes ?” At this point I was very unhappy, I felt like she had something against us.I went to the manager to try and report the issue but she didn’t take it very serious , she asked me to point the lady who was assisting me and when I went to the changed rooms there was a security guard instead and the women who mistreated us was not there. They acted surprised and said that she went to the bathroom but it looked like they hid her in the fitting room, because I went away and returned back within few seconds to get her name from the manager and I found her there with the security and the manager having a conversation . I confronted the manager and told them that they were hiding her . I can’t name the women but she was wearing a cleaning uniform. This is very unfair to think that I even spend R5500 in their store but got a treatment like that. So dissapointing. I’m complaining to make sure no one gets the treatment I received because it spoiled my whole shopping experience.
