BAD SERVICE AT TRUWORTHS - EASTRAND MALL

Staff at Eastrand Mall branch struggled for more than an HOUR to assist me to do an exchange on a R1000 cash purchase that was done previously to claim a R200 voucher. I was not allowed to claim the voucher on my account hence the cash purchase. Can you imagine?? Two of the items did not fit and had to be exchanged. Finally they could only assist with one of the garments as they were claiming one could only exchange for the exact same garment. They did not have a size on the other garment and I selected to exchange the item for a more expensive garment which according to the staff, cannot be done. Now I am sitting with a garment that does not fit. Really ?? This is totally unacceptable.
