Bad service at Truworths Clearwater Mall

I always get vouchers via sms after making purchases from Truworths which I hardly use and most end up expired because of the short span of time they give at Truworths which is a bit unfair but it is what it is. What upset me though was that on the 13th if May 2023 we went to the Clearwater branch to some shopping and when I want D to use the vouchers this time I was told I can't use them since they are are only used in conjunction with cash only and not account. A very bizarre thing because firstly I was never informed this and nowhere does their terms and condition state this. Secondly I always get them after purchasing on account and they clearly stipulate loyalty, how will you know if I'm loyal if I buy with cash only because you are able to record and know my details because of buying on account. Anyway we ended up buying less that what we planned because of this and had it not been the fact that I'm buying for family (mother's day stuff) I wouldn't even have purchased. Thank you Truworths for your bad service, it saved me money actually.
