Bad service at Lancome

I bought a Foundation (Lancome Counter, Fikile) from Truworths of which the consultant tested on my skin before purchase. When i arrived at home i realized the color was not correct. I returned to the store and was told that i needed to leave it for the rep to come , Its been a week and there has been no correspondence ,call or feedback . I'm very disappointed as I'm without the product and my money.
