Bad Service As Always

As I have said before Truworths does not know the meaning of customer service, I am from Maponya mall (Uzzi) to fetch my online fashion delivery, when I got there , their wanted to send me back because their are offline their can’t give me my fashion delivery, I had to tell them that take my details manually then when the system is back you will capture my information, I guess I was speaking on deaf ears their took me to (Truworths men) guess what when we got their, their were told the same thing that I told them to write my information manually instead of taking me store to store, and when you complain as their client know one bothers to reply to your email , can I get the service that I get when I am shopping at Truworths in Sandton City the best , bring Sandton service to Maponya mall , I am so closing my Truworths account, I can’t get a good customer service only when I am shopping in Sandton City , it doesn’t make sense to me , so I don’t see any need for me to keep my account.
