Bad service and unconsiderate

Unacceptable service. I tried to exchange gown that was bought for as a gift, i was taken from pillar to post for 2hours while at store. Was initially assisted by Muzi, who then called his two managers, but they refused, giving lousy excuses that it was discounted by R100 voucher. Its not like i was requesting a refund but just a mere exchange. I am so disappointed by this service.
