Bad service and they don’t get back to clients for feedback,

No I saw a pair of sneakers at Truworths that I loved, they were on sale. When I got to the till I was told that the price is incorrect. All the sneakers were marked down, when I spoke to the manager she insisted that I pay the full price and I was advised to send an email because I am not happy with the service. I sent an email to *** and I attached proof of the price. I was advised that someone would get back to me. A week later, no response. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They don’t care about their clients. Bad service
