Bad service and rude staff

<p>On the 12 March 2017 my girlfriend bought me shoes at Truworths Clearwater mall but when I fitted the shoes the right shoe seemed to be a bit tight but I was adviced it would stretch. On the 13 March 2017 I tried wearing the shoes to work but I couldn't walk because the right shoe was too tight. I went back to Truworths Clearwater mall to try and exchange the shoe but I was told that because I wore the shoe they can't take it back. So how would I know it's too tight if I didn't wear it. If this is the service that Truworths gives its customers then that's the last item I will ever buy from their store. </p>
