bad service and not following the CPA

<p>I am not happy about the service of Truworths and TruLife. I paid their account in fully and closed it, I called in later to request for a paid up letter. it was quiet surprise to that the account wasn't closed and there is balance of R194.40 and I have pay it. I spoke to so many consultants over the phone to close my insurance with TruLife and my Truworths account but they never did it, lately I have been receiving emails from collection threatening to sue me as I told them that I won't pay anything. the funny part about it I even spoke to their line managers at TruLife and Truworths but no one seemed to help me. people are taking advantage of their customer and think that they don't know their rights. it is my right as a customer to complain if I am not happy about their bad service. </p>
