Bad service and divulge of personal information.

Hi I would like to express my deepest disappointment service from Truworths were my contact number or Sms updates keeps going to the wrong recipient. I have updates my number numerous times with Truworths jhb cbd kerk street and Menlyn mall, but they keep pulling an incorrect number which I did not provide when I opened the account. This proves that these numbers are pulled from a centralized system which checks who do I communicate with on a regular. This is completely ******* according to POPI act where my personal information shared without my consent.

Can I please get urgent assistance on this matter.
