Bad Service

I called the customer service after calling 3 main stores (Greenstone, Eastgate & Sandton) stores, none of the stores received stock. Called Customer Service and the lady Vuyile could not find the style code, asked her to transfer me to Online Shopping where after 20 mins spoke to Reese who also advised she could not search for a beauty item online. What service is this? How can Truworths advertise something if they dont have stock.
