Bad Service

On the 4th of May 2020 I made an online purchase at Truworths of two Jersey's and leggings for winter which were to be delivered at my address. Until today I have not received my items. I bought the stuff on account which I will be expected to pay at the end of the month even though I don't have the items. Really? you guys are dropping the ball and don't act as if you are the only shop that is busy during this time! I have order form other shops and they also had back locks but they make sure that they deliver withing 7 days at least.
