Bad Service

I bought a pair of boots in April 2022 on line. Truworths delivered the wrong boots, one size 3 and one size 4 and they were not even the same. I called the client services who told me to return the wrong boots to the nearest Truworths store. I went to Belfour Park in Johannesburg, and to my surprise they had one pair size 3. The passed a credit not for the boots and still charged me for the delivery of R60.00. I only saw this on my next statement. I have now sent 3 E-mails to Truworths client services, and to date I have not received any response from them. The last E-mail I even asked to be referred to the Area Manager, and still no reply. It is not about the R60.00, it is about the principle of the charge, which to me is ********* and the fact that I have been ignored, after being a customer of Truworths for over 35 years.....
