Bad service at the glen mall

I just had a bad experience while I returned some items which I bought 2 months ago bcas 1 had a damage and the other 1 had to do a size exchange. The staff took 20 minutes in assisting me in returning the damaged item and they told me that they won't be able to exchange the small dress. Wowww trustworthy is able to take money when you buy items without checking their clothing but when u return then u must be questioned liked u re in an exam room. Now R270 is gone to drain all thanx to Tumi the service desk consultant whose moody n aggressive and ofcoz their Manager Khosi
