Bad service

good day,

I had a truworths account for a period of about 2 months, I paid up the account and closed it. on the 28th July 2021 I decided to re open the account. I did an application online and the account application was successful for R3500.00. on Sunday past 15th August I went in to collect my card. I was told by the cashier my account is no longer approved and I had to re apply. Tuesday I received a sms I am declined. Why? This is really bad service
