Bad service !!!

What a terrible experience. They made you feel like a ******** and they don’t need your business. !!!!Went there on Sunday to buy a family member a birthday 21st gift of clothes on my account. They blocked my account while in store with card and ID present. The call operator Malieka was so rude. Asking me really silly security questions. Like “When did you open your account” surely not anyone can remember that kind of details ...after a lot of questions forward and backwards....standing at the till for almost 40 min with my proof of ID ...Malieka decided to block my account not giving me a clear reason why? did not explain anything to me. I was informed by the cashier Collins sorry your account is blocked. . Had to leave all the items behind went back today and they Made me stands there again for almost 30 min keep on asking questions makes you feel like you a ******** who wants to buy on our own account. Do we really need this kind of service in SA? I could understand if my card and id wasn’t present !!!!!! We need to only support the clothing shops that make you feel welcome in the shop !!!
