Bad service

Yesterday around 16:20 I went to Truworths for ladies Secunda when I get annoyed by the cashier who was busy doing his own thing while I'm standing on the till waiting to be assisted. After all those ******* he just started by saying oh are you paying ,no greeting or apologies for keeping me waiting. Is that how they got trained on customer services I'm so annoyed ,the guy was wearing a brown leather jacket with no name tag I tried to check the slip I couldn't see his name. Check the cameras if they are working you will see what I'm talking about.
