Bad Service
My husband got retrenched and only found out after his retrenchment that his employer never registered him with uif which is not his fault. We submitted a claim and we were told that Truworths cant assist him without a ui19 form even though my husband have a certificate of service. What I dont understand is both my husband's banks approved his claims but a clothing company cant, so he just paid insurance for nothing!!!!!
