Bad Service

So on the 11th I went to Truworths Jubilee mall to purchase a dress.

I get got he store and the gentleman by the fitting rooms was very helpful and active. I the decided to buy myself a pair of sneakers. I waited like a fool..the was no one to assist in that section. I them decided to pay and the dress was R875. I left the store then came back again cause I liked the sneakers. This time I decided to aka one of the store consultants who then called the other lady to assist me. I then went to pay for the sneakers.

The waiting time on both occasions was just unacceptable. The excuse was out of 3 tills that were operating one had an issue hence they were very slow. I couldn't understand why other tills were closed yet there were enough staff members in the store

Another issue at hand was that I had R150 voucher but they didn't bother using it when I made those 2 separate purchases.

Bad service seem to be a Norm at most Truworths stores
