BAD SERVICE!!!

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Truworths online. My parcel was not delivered and the courier company is blaming them for capturing the wrong address. I've paid for the delivery and now I'm the one who need to make a plan on how to get the parcel. No phone call no update, they just kept quite. They suck big time!!!!!
