*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Truworths*

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Truworths. The wait times to be served were unacceptably long. After browsing for a while, I approached a sales associate only to wait in line for what felt like an eternity. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was clear they were understaffed.

Given the lengthy wait, I expected exceptional service once I finally reached the counter. Unfortunately, the assistant seemed disinterested and rushed, barely answering my questions.

To improve, Truworths should focus on managing wait times and ensuring staff are attentive and engaged. Efficient service is key to a positive shopping experience.

*Tips for Truworths:* - Hire additional staff during peak hours to reduce wait times. - Provide training to ensure employees are attentive and knowledgeable about products. - Implement a system to manage customer flow and expectations.

*My Experience:* Long wait times, disinterested staff, and a rushed service experience. Not recommended for those valuing efficient customer service.
