Bad service
I took my phone to Truworths in December because my scroll button was not working and it was still under warranty.Now they telling me the phone is beyond repairs Daniel told me I need to pay R330 so they can fix my phone I paid the money but my phone is still not working.I called Daniel now to sort out my problem and he is telling me he is busy with stock taking cant phone MTN now.Both Truworths and MTN SERVICE IS DISGUSTING<br>

We have been in contact with the Store Manager at the relevant store. He informed us that you returned your handset to the store after the 7-day Out-Of-Box-Failure period. Your handset will be sent to MTN for an assessment and we believe that you will return it to the store on 08 April 2015.
The Store Manager will contact you as soon as your handset has been received from MTN. Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of the matter, please discuss this with the Store Manager to ensure that the matter is satisfactorily resolved. We trust that this response has adequately addressed your concerns, and that this matter will be acceptably resolved soon.
