Bad service

I recieved a gift and it was to sml wanted to exchange it the labels were still on and u could c it was jus like wen it was baught the manager at the canal walk branch refused to exchange it I only wanted a bigger size but because I did not have a receipt the refused I foned the call centre and recieved no feed back its 2 weeks already
