Bad service

On the 06 January 2020 at 11h00 I contacted truworths online to place an order and was being assisted by a person who said her name was Shandre and did not want to give her surname. She asked for a style number immediately and I gave afterwards she started doing verification of which I thought its strange to take style no first. I then had a problem when she asked about my birthday yet I gave my identity no eventually I had to cut the call since her verification consists of questions that I won't be able to answer like when was my last increase and which shop I use yet my 99% purchases are online
