Bad service

what a bad service I received from Kokstad truworths. I felt like I was at some ****a shop by the way I was treated by the consultant including the manager if she was the manager . the service bad, unpleasant and very poor ,I am not sure maybe they thought I won't have cash to pay the items afterwards or maybe I was supposed to beg to purchase using my account card. if the service I got is how they run the shop I think lots of customers buy because it 1 of few shop in that shopping centre. I will never go back again there thanks to bad service received.
