Bad service

I ordered few items online multiple times, 1st Shoes was broken and broken area was hidden with tape, 2 time it was Jacket that was Torn. Last order progress is so puzzling Last week Wednesday it stated that order was handled to the courier, Friday order started over again to be processed (sourcing items) Day number 9.... They said delivery is 5 to 7 working days exclude holidays n weekends. They too their own time to reply.
