Bad service

I went to Truworths Maponya Mall and the service I got from one of your cashiers was so bad , the lady by the name of Dineo Machete I’m not 100% if thats how one spells her surname cause she was not wearing her name badge. Please can Truworths teach their cashiers on how to treat customers , I know it’s the pandemic and all but doesn’t mean that customer service shouldn’t be app****.
