Bad service

Truworths bloemfontein cbd has the worst service ever. The service gets worse everytime I go there. There are alot of cash register but the customers will be only be assisted by 2 people while the rest is standing there and chatting or even unpacking new cloths. I mean there can't be 40+ people in a queue waiting to be assisted and all you care about is new stock. A customer requested help from one of those employees who were chatting, then one of them said " if you want my help you must speak Afrikaans because I can't hear what you saying". As a paying customer I am disappointed at how your staff treat customers as if they are doing them a favour.
