Bad service

I placed an order for an item on the 09 November 2020 order no o***.I called on the 14 November 2020 and was told by the consultant that they still trying to source the item my worry is that if it's taking more than 5 days just to source an item surely it would be sold out by then and that makes online shopping a total waste. I also do online shopping with Foschini group within a day or so you get notifications on the order status and receive items within 5 days and they not hiding behind coronavirus pandemic. By the look of things Truworths is using this pandemic to cover up for incompetence. I still have an outstanding complaint that I made on 20 September 2020 I hoping that coronavirus will finish soon so I can get response on that.
