Bad service

I have been trying to apply for an account with truworths for the past month , I dont have any adverse listing on my credit bureau , my credit score is 636 , I pay my other accounts on time and clearly have affordability but it keeps declining me and saying I must wait 60 days.

I have emailed customer service twice , my emails gets ignored i have contacted truworths via facebook my question does not het answered I get told sms to apply
