Bad service

I'm extremely not satisfied with the service I got from Truworths Southgate, upon arrival There was literally no one to assist an the cashier area, we stood there for close to 8minutes without been assisted. They called a lady by the name Rose to come assist she never came, until they literally fetched her.

On Monday the 16th August, I contacted Truworths intg he morning to confirm if my online parcel had arrived, the lady confirmed that it has been delivered but there was no confirmation message sent to me, yet the status online was Delivered.

At the store they gave me a hustle to get all 9 of my items, I even showed them the status on my phone that the status of my parcel is Delivered. So now I'm given a run around to figure out who is it that I spoke to when I called.
