Bad service

I was at the store on the 14 of feb wanting to return something but was a few days late. I explained the reason of me having covid and was of for 4 weeks. I then logged a complaint and was advised to return to the store the weekend and return the bag. I find your service disgusting and a waste of time as they didn't assist me after I was promised by your AM to return the bag. I left the bag with your store as this complaint is dragging on too long and I am waiting time driving up and down. Please get your regional manager to contact me.
