I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the unacceptable treatment I experienced at the Truworths store in Randfontein.

I visited the store to exchange some items and had the original proof of purchase with me. However, the staff member assisting me refused to help me, despite having the original proof of purchase. I tried to discuss the matter with her, but she continued to refuse to provide the customer service I expected as a paying customer.

What made this experience even more upsetting was that I felt humiliated and discriminated against because of my skin colour. The staff member continued to treat me in a way that made me feel disgraced in front of other customers. No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect or made to feel embarrassed when seeking assistance.

I believe every customer deserves equal treatment, respect, and professional service, regardless of their skin colour. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in the service I received from Truworths.

I respectfully request that Truworths management investigate this incident and take the necessary steps to address my concerns. I also expect a clear explanation of why I was refused assistance and feedback on how this matter will be resolved.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this complaint.
