Bad service

I order a pair of sneakers for my daughter's birthday. According to Truworths and the courier company I have received the parcel on the 16th of February 2024. Till today I have not received the parcel. I have been trying to sort this out for the past week with no luck or reply from Truworths. I have not received the parcel and I have requested them to credit my account without any luck
