Bad service

I opened an account both times I went to the store in mall @ reds I cant get a card because the system is offline how does this work like seriously and I cant buy even if I show them a picture of my id its unexpectable like they can still scan it and they can see its me on the id also I've paid more then the amount I have to and they don't update it on my account. I wanted to buy something that I urgently needed and they refused they kept talking in another language and saying the system is offline etc.
