Bad service

I have been contacting truworths I do not even recall how many time ,

The agents will either drop the call after hearing what my query , but I managed two get the 2 names of the rude agents I spoke to at enquiries , that was Amanda and Azanja or.

I then decided to send an email to service , they came back to me advising my query of changing initial was finalized and closed, but when I checked still they got an incorrect initial. I even attached my id copy , but still they are unable to assist and it was their fault that they got the initials on their side , and I am in need of their statement.

What is the point of keeping an account open with them if I can be granted with the right documents from them
