Bad Service

I did 2 fashion deliveries on the 27 december and 1 customer request on the 28th december.<br> <br> The truworths site shows orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Its now 2 days later and my order hasn't been processed. <br> The site also shows fashion deliveries take 3 days to be delivered once processed. So if my order was processed on the 28 december I would have received it during this week.<br> <br> Very unhappy with the delayed service has the items will probably be sold when the fashion delivery dept finally decides to source it and I needed the items this week that's why I paid for the fashion delivery.<br> <br> If any further info is required, I would prefer to be contacted via email
