Bad service

I placed an order online and received an SMS on November 19th stating that my parcel was out for delivery. However, as of now, I have neither received the parcel nor any updates about it.

I contacted the WhatsApp customer care line at 8:02 AM, and the agent rep**** saying they were looking into my query. It is now 9:21 AM, and I still haven't received a response.

Frustrated, I called the customer care line and was informed that they were unsure why the parcel wasn't delivered yesterday and could not provide any cer*****y about when it would be delivered.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed with the store and its service. I regret choosing to shop here and will certainly avoid making the same mistake in the future. In hindsight, I’m glad I declined their account offers.
